Mobile home without lot for sale?
I have inheridated a mobile home that is on a rented lot...its 70ft and 10 yrs old. I have done a lot of work to it! How do I go about selling it? Will I have to pay for the mobile home to be moved?
Well the landlord said when my mom passed that she wouldnt let anyone else besides me stay here....now what?
The mobile home is personal property and not real estate. You can't list this with a realtor. Check your laws in your county on the age of home on moving it. Some areas will not let you move a mobile home over a certain age. You can sell the home and tell the buyer that they must have home moved or see if the landlord of the lot would work something out with the new buyer.
