Can you store fish without a ziplock bag in the refrigerator for two days?
My grandmother is saying you don't need to store in zip-lock but I thought food that isn't wrapped or covered can cause bacteria to form on the surface. But, she sprinkled salt on it. Isn't that some kind of preservative?
It needs to be covered with something. You can use a zip-lock bag or Saran-wrap. What grandma did in her day isn't the safest thing you can do today
