What's for dinner? I have artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, black olives, whole wheat pasta...?
Start your pasta water boiling, and add pasta and salt when it comes to a full boil. Chop the tomatoes and the olives-not the artichokes. I imagine they're quartered already.
Pour about 2 Tbsp. olive oil into a skillet. Add 2 cloves chopped garlic. Cook over med low heat until garlic is lightly browned.
Add the tomatoes, olives and artichokes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat through. When pasta is ready add 1 ladle-full of the pasta water to the tomato mixture, along with the al dente pasta and mix well.
