What is Bath and Body Works' policy about returning parts of gift bags?
I've seen where B & B's policy has been spelled out several times, but I think my question is different enough to merit asking it.
B & B has a huge gift bag that is a real deal. I like about 80% of the stuff in it, including the bag itself. However, there are a couple of products I'm not keen on and would like to swap out for other fragrances. Can I buy the bag, rip it open right there in the store, and ask for an exchange on those two items? Or is that against the rules / bad form since the bag is meant to come as a whole?

Simply ask a sales associate, or the manager on duty if you could swap some of the fragrances. They will more than likely let you do that and will help you too. If they seem hesitant, hint at the fact that you are the customer and customer satisfaction is their number one priority
